My Edumate provides one central point for all your information. Daily News gives you up-to-the-minute school news items that are pertinent to you. My Approvals and Notifications is the one stop shop for you're pending workflow actions, from meeting acceptances to approving an afternoon detention.

If you happen to be a parent, good news, coupled with this information is a powerful 'Parent Portal' summary screen which provides parents with up to the minute information about their child’s academic achievements, upcoming assessments, pastoral wellbeing (including awards and discipline) and attendance.

Edumate3 provides a comprehensive daily news feature which helps turn Edumate into an electronic notice board for your school. Daily News lets you create any number of news items, which will be displayed to users when they login into Edumate.

News items can be targeted to certain users, so that you can deliver individual news items to a single or multiple user group such as "All Staff" or "Department Heads". Like many areas of Edumate, news can be set-up ahead of time. Meaning that you can plan ahead, then save and forget. When the start date for the news rolls around it will become visible and as midnight of the end date ticks by, the new item will drop away. Each Daily News item can be entered from the Back Office pages using the new WYSIWYG editor, and if you would prefer to create your news items in an external word processor, that's fine too - just copy and paste your document into the Edumate editor and all your fonts, colors and layout will be preserved.

With Edumate3 parents can be closely involved with their child’s learning day to day - with no extra administration time or data entry required by staff or teachers! The Parent Portal automatically displays attendance, upcoming homework, marks and achievements for completed tasks and any awards and discipline activities are recorded.
